The History of CROWN Solutions, Inc.

CROWN Solutions, Inc. was incorporated in Dayton, OH in 1984. The founder of the Company is Lundy Neely. Lundy remains very active in the company to this day as the President and CEO.

The original business plan for CROWN was to provide water management programs to the industrial sector, utilizing technical creativity and a "fixed cost" concept that provided clients with high quality customer service at a lower operating cost, when compared with the national water treatment companies at the time.

CROWN's initial client base was modest and restricted to the Dayton, Toledo, and Cleveland, Ohio areas. Over the years, CROWN has grown in geographic coverage, manpower resources, and technical skills. At the present time, CROWN has employee representatives covering 22 states, and Puerto Rico. Our client base stretches from Los Angeles, CA to Winchester, VA.

CROWN's current Vandalia, OH facility is a 67,000 square foot building that provides production, engineering, and administrative support to the entire company. As CROWN's skills have grown, so has CROWN's product and service offering.

CROWN provides "total water resources" to over 450 clients. Our core competence includes: engineering support, water treatment equipment, chemical management services, analyzer and equipment maintenance, outsourced high purity and wastewater operating contracts, and fully engineered turn-key design build water projects.
