Crown and Veolia offer a wide array of physical, biological, and thermal equipment options. Our flexibility allows for custom-designed equipment that is manufactured and installed to meet the client's unique needs.

Crown has a demonstrated track record of service and equipment supply to industrial facilities. Crown has its own water treatment equipment manufacturing division, which offers cost effective, vertically integrated value with respect to providing water treatment equipment/systems to a project. We fabricate and ship much of the equipment supplied from our Vandalia, Ohio, headquarters and equipment fabrication facility. Below is a sampling of types of equipment we offer.

The installation can be done with either union or non-union labor and can include the following:

  • Project Management
  • Site construction coordinators and safety officials
  • Site preparation
  • Civil work including pads and foundations
  • Supply and erection of buildings
  • Offloading and setting of equipment and tanks
  • Supply and installation of MCCs
  • Interconnecting piping, wiring and controls
  • Start up and commissioning
  • Operator training
  • System optimization

QA/QC

Crown will coordinate the overall QA/QC program including vessel inspections, vessel and pipe hydro testing, pipe assembly and control panel checkout through the Crown project manager and in conjunction with the client. Crown will provide a QA/QC plan as part of its submittal package and prior to fabrication/delivery of major equipment.
