system.

- Automatic
valves are Keystone Butterfly 6" Inlet/Outlet, 10"
Inlet/Outlet header connections

Equipment Systems IntelliSoft Controller, with A-B
SLC 5/05 PLC, and Panelview 600 operator interface
- System
capacity and sequence of operation will be 2,000 gpm
from any four softeners in service with the fifth
in standby.

Solutions, Inc. supplied all Engineering, Procurement
and Construction (EPC) related to the scope of this
project.

Solutions, Inc. provided all preliminary and final
engineering.

Solutions, Inc. provided all preparation of site/facilities
as necessary to receive the new equipment.

Solutions, Inc. provided all process, startup
and performance testing engineers.

Solutions, Inc.
specified, procured, shipped, received/unloaded, installed,
commissioned and performance tested all equipment
and systems.
- CROWN
Solutions, Inc. supplied, installed and tuned
all control devices and control architecture (wiring,
PLC, operator interfaces, etc).
- CROWN
Solutions, Inc. provided all material, labor and
rigging as necessary to complete civil, structural,
mechanical/piping, electrical and control installation
requirements for the water treatment plant.
- CROWN
Solutions, Inc. provided all material, labor,
programming, calibration, loop tuning and set-up required
for the instrument and control architecture.
